European Union 14 day cooling off period
Physical goods: notwithstanding the above, if physical goods are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Reach out here to request a refund (make sure to include your order number and the same email address you used to order).

Digital products: PDF patterns are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and initiating the download, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
