For digital items (patterns): The pattern will be able to download immediately – you'll be able to download the PDF on my site after payment, and a copy of the PDF will be sent to your inbox. Please make sure you fill in the correct email address. Search 'devout hand' in your inbox if you can't find it, and make sure to check your spam.
For physical items (handmade bags, scarves etc.): Most orders ship within 3-5 business days from The Netherlands (if not sooner). Business days do not include holidays or weekends. As soon as the item is shipped, you'll receive a track and trace code. Preorder and made-to-order items will take longer to ship, the estimated time for these items will be included in the listing description. Local pickup in Amsterdam is possible (please specify when checking out). Worldwide shipping is available. 🗺
