Most orders ship within 3-5 business days from The Netherlands (if not sooner). Business days do not include holidays or weekends. As soon as the item is shipped, you'll receive a track and trace code. Preorder and made-to-order items will take longer to ship, the estimated time for these items will be included in the listing description. Local pickup in Amsterdam is possible (please specify when checking out). Worldwide shipping is available. 🗺

If a parcel is returned to me because of an incorrect address or other shipping-related issue, please contact me here with your order details to arrange a re-shipment. The customer is responsible for all re-shipping + handling costs + any additional customs fees.
